Fab birthday but now back down to business

Hi All
Well what a fantastic birthday I have had. We went to Sheffield to see the snooker and then on my birthday we went to see Mamma Mia in London. What a fab show so much so it has inspired me to set up new class based on muscials. Keep an eye on my website www.bodysculptfitness.co.uk for further details.
I have had a lovely couple of days off but now back down to work with BodySculpt Fitness.

Exciting Times for BodySculpt

Hi All

Well it is 11.25pm on Saturday evening and I am having a very productive evening working on new items for my website.
Also the site will be going through a whole new change soon so keep your eyes open and check back regularly for the new updates.

No Pilates Class

Just to let you know there is no Pilates class on Tuesday 21st April but all back to normal the following week.
