Wow what an excellent pilates class tonight. I have just launched my Loyalty Card (attend 6 classes get the 7th for free) and it was certainly a hit with everyone tonight.
I do enjoy teaching pilates, its great to see everyone really getting the benefit of this fantastic exercise.
